    Abstract: In a power supply system for a linear stator motor, the installed operating means should be utilized in an optimum manner, while the losses due to energy transfer should be maintained as low as possible. For this purpose, the cable route systems should be connected with each other by at least one controllable coupling switch, in such a way that the switching segment in which the vehicle is located at any particular time is always connected with all the cable route systems.
