Patent number: 8560360Abstract: The invention relates to a system and a method for analysing with a temporal resolution below 160 milliseconds at least one response of a test person to at least one input stimulus. At least one input stimulus is provided to the test person and data representing the test person's response to this provided at least one input stimulus is obtained. From these data, at least one induced response pattern is determined in an automatic manner and at least one induced response pattern is identified. Optionally, the response pattern is interpreted and at least one induced response indicator is identified. The identified at least one induced response pattern and/or and at least one induced response indicator are synchronized to the presented at least one input stimulus. The synchronized at least one input stimulus and the determined at least one response pattern and/or at least one response indicator are presented in the same display and/or stored on the same means for storing.Type: GrantFiled: October 23, 2008Date of Patent: October 15, 2013Assignee: Mindmetric Ltd.Inventors: Birger Jan Olsen, Jens Nicolai Krarup, Mads Olsen

Publication number: 20110113769Abstract: The invention provides a storage system for storing large amounts of energy. The storage system compensates for fluctuations in power consumption in an electrical power supply grid, and it may be useful e.g. in combination with various sources of renewable energy. The system comprises a reservoir, a load, and an energy conversion structure. The load provides a bias-force on the reservoir and thereby biases the reservoir towards a configuration with a smaller volume. When surplus electrical power is available, a turbine or similar energy conversion structure can work against the load by pumping water into the reservoir. At a later point in time, the conversion structure may regenerate electrical power based on flow energy when the fluid is released from the reservoir under pressure from the bias-force from the load.Type: ApplicationFiled: May 30, 2009Publication date: May 19, 2011Applicant: GODevelopment ApSInventor: Jan Olsen

Publication number: 20110015261Abstract: A composition comprising specific beta-blockers such as bisoprolol and nebivolol for the treatment of insomnia and/or another sleep disorder. The composition should be given in such an amount that it causes a less than 40% decrease in the amount of aMT6s in complete nocturnal urin. The composition can be a combination treatment comprising a specific beta-blocker in combination with another known drug e.g., melatonin with similar effect for treatment of insomnia.Type: ApplicationFiled: July 4, 2008Publication date: January 20, 2011Applicant: Zleepax Europe ApSInventors: Søren Tullin, Birger Jan Olsen
