  • Publication number: 20240035959
Abstract: The present invention relates to a spectrometer comprising a plurality of arrays of quantum dots, the arrays being arranged such that primary light emitted by a light source is incident thereon and excites the quantum dots such that the quantum dots emit secondary light such that the secondary light can be incident on a sample, the secondary light having a different spectral distribution to the primary light, at least one detector configured to receive the secondary light reflected or transmitted by the sample, and an evaluation device configured to determine spectral information of the secondary light received by the at least one detector. The invention also relates to a method for producing such a spectrometer.
