  • Publication number: 20100051647
Abstract: A mechanism for doubling a soap dispensing amount of an automatic soap dispenser includes: a speed reducer disposed inside a soap dispenser, driven by a motor and coupled with a pushing element; a resisting element provided on an inner surface of the soap dispenser that is on a forward moving side of the pushing element; and a soap container connected with a discharge tube located between the pushing element and the resisting element. A pad is coupled to a side of the resisting element facing the pushing element so as to be adjacent to an outer surface of the discharge tube, thereby increasing the time the discharge tube is jointly compressed by the pushing element and the resisting element. Thus, the soap dispensing amount can be doubled without having to modify an existing soap dispensing mechanism of the soap dispenser and a moving cycle of the pushing element.

  • Publication number: 20090084813
Abstract: A soap dispensing apparatus for an automatic countertop soap dispenser, comprising a motor and a reduction gear set driven thereby, said reduction gear set with an output shaft coupled to the drive gear of a pair of soap displacing gears in mesh side by side, said soap displacing gears disposed, by precision fit, in a chamber that extends upward and downward to form an outlet passage and an inlet passage, wherein the outlet passage is connected to a countertop soap dispensing spout, and the inlet passage to a soap containing reservoir. Whereby an upward suction force induced by the rotation in mesh of the drive gear and the idler gear of said soap displacing gears is used to suck the liquid soap through the inlet passage and out of the outlet passage, thus to lift the liquid soap above countertop to achieve soap dispensing.

  • Patent number: 7357370
Abstract: A detent apparatus for water temperature regulation of induction faucets includes a mixer located in a faucet and a swiveling mechanism located in the mixer. The swiveling mechanism has a rotary valve and a handle located outside the mixer and the faucet. The handle is fastened to an end seat located on one end of the rotary valve through a coupling member. The detent apparatus includes a detent portion preferably formed integrally with the mixer and located on the outer surface of the mixer body in a protrusive manner. The detent portion has a top end surface spaced beneath a bucking portion of the end seat at a selected distance. When the end seat is swiveled the bucking portion hits a left bucking angle or a right bucking angle of the top end surface thereby the swiveling angle of the end seat is confined within a limited range.
