  • Patent number: 11821555
Abstract: Hose has a body and a mouthpiece connected with the body. The mouthpiece is slidably placed against the body and is mounted at the end of the hose and includes a thickening. The ending has a circumferential stop placed in the axis of the mouthpiece. The stop has on its circumference a touch surface which is oriented inside, against the thickening on the mouthpiece. The mouthpiece is sealed by sealing ring against the body. The ring is placed in the sealing zone, or the mouthpiece is connected with the body by a flexible bellow. During the movement of the mouthpiece outside the touch surface and the outer surface of the hose in the zone with the thickening draw closer and the hose is held on the mouthpiece by the under pressure between the surface of the stop and the thickening.

  • Patent number: 11548654
Abstract: An actuation system for an aircraft piston engine includes a controller and an actuator. The controller selectively supplies motor control signals to a motor. The actuator includes a housing, a motor, a main rod, a control handle, and an inner rod. The main rod receives a drive torque from the motor and translates in either a first axial direction or a second axial direction. The main rod is responsive to an axial drive force to translate in either the first axial direction or the second axial direction. The inner rod is disposed within the main rod and is movable between a first position, in which main rod rotation causes the main rod to translate, and a second position, in which main rod rotation does not cause the main rod to translate, but application of the axial force to the control handle causes the main rod to translate.

  • Publication number: 20210040647
Abstract: The volume content of the natural material in the resulting volume of the synthetic fiber (1) ranges from 0.5% to 45%. The natural material is milled into the form of particles (2) which have irregular shape with length differing from the width, whereby length (L) of the particle (2) of the natural material has a value ranging from 10% to 120% of the diameter of the synthetic fiber (1) and the width (W) of the particle ranges from 25% to 75% of the length (L) of the particle (2). At the same time the width (W) of the particle (2) does not surpass 50% of the cross-sectional diameter (D) of the synthetic fiber (1). Hemp, jute, linen, cotton, sisal, kenaf, wood, cellulose, lignocellulose, coconut, nut shells, starch, wheat, zeolite can be used as a natural material. The basic synthetic polymer component includes at least one thermoplastic polymer, for example polyolefin, such as polyethylene PE or polypropylene PP.

  • Publication number: 20200166166
Abstract: Hose has a body (3) and a mouthpiece (1) connected with the body (3). The mouthpiece (1) is slidably placed against the body (3); it is designed for mounting of the end of the hose and it has a thickening (2). The ending has a circumferential stop (4) placed in the axis of the mouthpiece (1), whereby the stop (4) has on its circumference a touch surface which is oriented inside, against the thickening (2) on the mouthpiece (1). The mouthpiece (1) can be sealed by sealing ring (7) against the body (3), whereby the ring (7) is placed in the sealing zone (9), or the mouthpiece (1) can be connected with the body (3) by a flexible bellow. During the movement of the mouthpiece (1) outside the touch surface of the stop (4) and the outer surface of the hose in the zone with the thickening (2) draw closer and the hose is held on the mouthpiece (1) by the underpressure between the surface of the stop (4) and the thickening (2).

  • Patent number: 8543264
Abstract: A method and aircraft system are provided for determining an optimal gliding speed that maximizes gliding distance of the aircraft upon engine failure, and comprises calculating the optimal gliding speed from a speed polar curve, true airspeed, heading, and vertical wind speed. The polar curve may be constructed with consideration of the aircraft center of gravity and weight. The calculated gliding speed, which may be restricted to a threshold, is provided to the pilot and optionally to an autopilot. The method is repeated periodically, or if the wind vertical or horizontal velocities exceed a threshold for a predetermined period of time.

  • Publication number: 20110251739
Abstract: A system includes a plurality of fly-by-wire control units to control flight control surfaces of an airplane, wherein each control unit is adapted to operate independently of other control units and directly control an actuator to control a control surface as a function of direct pilot control device input.
