Abstract: The invention relates to a garment (1) for a newborn (3) made from a film-like material, comprising a back portion (2) to be placed under the back, a leg portion (4) for placing under the legs and two wing elements (6, 8) for swathing a chest, arm and abdominal region of the newborn (3), wherein the leg portion (4) is arranged adjacent to the back portion (2) and the two wing elements (6, 8) are arranged adjacent to the back portion (2) on the arm side, wherein the leg portion (4) is designed together with a leg-cover portion (5) as a pouch element having an opening (10) facing the back portion (2) for inserting the legs of the newborn (3).

Abstract: Disclosed is a method for vaccination against a self-antigen in a human patient wherein a dose with an effective amount of a self-antigen is administered to the patient to elicit a primary immune response, characterised in that the patient is subjected to a boost administration of said self-antigen, wherein the amount of the self-antigen in the dose for the boost administration is higher than the amount of the self-antigen in the dose used in the administration for the primary immune response.

Abstract: The present invention relates to novel compounds which inhibit urokinase-plasminogen activator (uPA), have a high bioavailability and can be administered orally, and to their use as therapeutic active substances for the treatment of disorders associated with urokinase and/or urokinase receptor, for example tumours and metastasis. The invention relates in particular to compounds containing oxadiazole groups.
