The elongate part has a cross section which becomes smaller towards its end face along its longitudinal axis, wherein the elongate part has a peripheral region on its end face, wherein the peripheral region of the elongate part has a brazing filler metal. The head has a peripheral region on its end face, wherein the peripheral region of the head has a brazing filler metal, and the remaining and largest part of the elongate part and of the head has a mixture of brazing filler metal and a substrate material.
