  • Publication number: 20130262992
Abstract: The present invention provides methods and systems for electronic signing. The present invention enables a signer, who may be unknown to the document owner, to edit a copy of the document and submit it back to the document owner, or alternatively delete the copy if the signer decides to withdraw its version of the document. The present invention also enables a document owner to have multiple parties at different locations to edit (and sign or execute) a common document in real-time or near real-time. The present invention also enables any interactive communication that can be recorded with a time stamp between the document owner and one or more signers as supporting evidence of the edits made to the document. Examples of this interactive communication may include audio or video recordings of the document (including of the signing event) or a chat board.

  • Patent number: 7593824
Abstract: A PCB comprising two or more components, such as ICs, comprises drivers and receivers that facilitate communication of signals between the components. Signal terminations, such as series and AC terminations, are used to increase the integrity of signals transmitted between components. Advantageously, values of the terminations are determined using a computerized method comprising sequential adjustment of on-chip programmable resistors and/or capacitors on chips coupled to the PCB. Thus, the effect of various values of on-chip termination resistors and/or capacitors on signal integrity is actually tested on the PCB, rather than simulating using software, for example, in order to determine optimal termination values. Characteristics of on-chip programmable resistors and/or capacitors may be adjusted by writing values into registers of the corresponding chips.

  • Publication number: 20090030624
Abstract: A power integrity system executes one or more test algorithms, such as a suite of test software that may be written in low level language that is coupled with a test environment housing an integrated circuit and/or printed circuit board, in order to identify possible power integrity issues with the integrated circuit and/or printed circuit board.
