    Abstract: A pen holder is adapted to be attached to a spring of a clip-board. The spring has a U-shaped portion. The pen holder has a recess for holding a pen. A notch and a pair of grooves are formed in the base portion for receiving the pivot axle and the legs of the U-shaped portion of the spring. The width of the base portion is arranged such that the pen holder can be retained in position by the engagements between the notch and the pivot axle and between the grooves and the legs of the U-shaped portion.

    Abstract: A clipboard structure includes a board having a seat formed on one end of an upper surface. A recess is formed in an outer end of the seat. A clamping element has two legs disposed in the recess. A spring element has two free ends fixed to the legs of the clamping element. The spring element can be easily assembled in the recess of the seat. The spring element biases the legs of the clamping element so that a front end of the clamping element is forced to abut against the board.

    Abstract: A combination clip-board and case which is adapted to protect the paper when not in use, including a clip-board on which a clip is located integral with a pivoting member having a pin at each end thereof, and a case having a sliding groove and a hollow portion on each side of the case so that the pins are rotatable in the hollow portions. The clip-board is optionally settable to working or storage state due to the pins being rotatable in the hollow portions.
