Abstract: An automated payment retrieval system for managing payment retrievals and processing for a plurality of customers that is made up of a plurality of primary servers and back up servers for responding to commands from a plurality of customers, a central processing unit (CPU) for interpreting and executing instructions, a plurality of dialogic analog cards for receiving and transmitting inbound and outbound telephone calls for the system, a plurality of databases for storing information about customer lists, customers' American Banking Association (ABA) numbers, delinquent customer lists and sales customers' lists, interactive voice response (IVR) software for processing inbound and outbound telephone calls, automated clearing house (ACH) software for processing information sent to and received from an automated clearing house (ACH), a pretty good privacy (PGP) server and program for public key encryption and credit card verification and processing software.
