    Abstract: A recreational swing unit comprises a lounge swing adapted to be supported by chains to an overhead support structure. The lounge swing understructure contains quick disconnect snap-on connectors attached to the supporting chains to facilitate assembly or dismantling of the lounge swing relative to the overhead support structure. The preferred overhead structure is a free-standing, portable structure having Y-shaped vertical legs particularly adapted to stabilized the free-standing structure in use.
