  • Publication number: 20170157963
Abstract: Included are embodiments for providing a service station routine. Some embodiments of a system include a service station for receiving a handheld jet dispensing apparatus and a memory component that stores logic. When the logic is executed by a processor, the logic may cause the system to, in response to the service station receiving the handheld jet dispensing apparatus, identify the handheld jet dispensing apparatus, where identifying the handheld jet dispensing apparatus includes determining a time of a previous maintenance to the handheld jet dispensing apparatus. In some embodiments, the logic causes the system to determine whether the time of the previous maintenance meets a predetermined threshold, in response to determining that the time of the previous maintenance meets a predetermined threshold, determine a desired maintenance routine to execute and execute the desired maintenance routine, and record a current time as the time of the previous maintenance.

  • Patent number: 9616692
Abstract: Included are embodiments for providing a service station interface. Some embodiments of a system include a service station for receiving a handheld jet dispensing apparatus in a service compartment of the service station and a memory component. The memory component may store logic that, when executed by a processor, causes the system to determine if a maintenance function is to be implemented on the handheld jet dispensing apparatus, in response to determining that the maintenance function is to be implemented, determine if the service station is closed, and if the service station is closed, engage an interface function of the service station during the maintenance function, wherein the interface function is related to accessing the service compartment. In some embodiments, the logic causes the system to determine that the maintenance function has ended and, in response to determining that the maintenance function has ended, disengage the interface function.

  • Publication number: 20150359714
Abstract: A treatment composition for treating human skin that has one or more particulate suspending agents in a concentration of from about 0.05% to about 2.0%, by weight, and one or more film forming polymers in a concentration of from about 0.1% to about 5.0%, by weight. Further, particles in a concentration of from about 1.0% to about 20.0%, by weight; one or more humectants in a concentration of from about 2.0% to about 20.0%, by weight; and, water are provided. The treatment compositions of this invention are used in an applicator having an applicator head having one or more applicator nozzles which may be in a array. The apparatus further has a reservoir containing the treatment composition, a sensor, and a CPU. The sensor takes an image of at least 10 ?m2 of skin, the CPU analyzes the image to calculate one or more localized L values of individual pixels or group of pixels of the skin. Then the CPU compares the local L value to a predetermined background L value to identify skin deviations.
