  • Publication number: 20240127470
Abstract: In a method of predicting a position of an object at a future time point for a vehicle, video image information at a current time point and at a plurality of time points before the current time point acquired through a camera of the vehicle may be extracted as semantic segmentation image. A mask image imaging an attribute and position information of an object present in each of the video images may be extracted. A position distribution of the object may be predicted by deriving a plurality of hypotheses for a position of the object at a future time point through deep learning by receiving video images at the current time point and the time points before the current time point, a plurality of semantic segmentation images, a plurality of mask images, and ego-motion information of the vehicle, and calculating the plurality of hypotheses as a Gaussian mixture probability distribution.

  • Patent number: 11289715
Abstract: A porous body for a fuel cell is interposed between a membrane-electrode assembly (MEA) and a bipolar plate to form a gas channel through which a reactant gas flows in a predetermined direction, the porous body including: a main body disposed to contact the bipolar plate; and a plurality of ribs each including a land portion disposed to contact the MEA and a connecting portion connecting the land portion to the main body, in which an area of the land portion is gradually narrowed from an upstream part to a downstream part of the gas channel.

  • Publication number: 20210020976
Abstract: A method for manufacturing a unit cell for a fuel cell includes preparing a separator having a reaction area located to correspond to an anode or a cathode of the unit cell, a first protrusion protruding from the separator, and a second protrusion spaced apart from the first protrusion with the reaction area interposed therebetween. The method includes providing a passage configured to guide a reaction gas to flow in the reaction area, and arranging a porous passage having a height protruding to become farther away from the separator and to be higher than the first and second protrusions between the first and second protrusions in parallel. The method includes compressing the porous passage toward the separator. The porous passage is fixed to the separator via the first and second protrusions by a force applied between the porous passage and the protrusion as the passage is deformed or is apt to be deformed to be lengthened in a transverse direction due to the compression of the porous passage.

  • Publication number: 20180166730
Abstract: A unit cell for a fuel cell includes a separator having a reaction area located to correspond to an anode or a cathode of a membrane electrode assembly, an inlet manifold, which is provided outside the reaction area and into which a reaction gas is introduced that is to be supplied to the reaction area, and an outlet manifold which is spaced apart from the inlet manifold and through which the reaction gas that passed through the reaction area is discharged. The unit cell has a porous passage provided between the separator and the membrane electrode assembly arranged to be adjacent to the separator and having a passage configured to guide the reaction gas introduced into the inlet manifold such that the reaction gas is discharged to the outlet manifold via the reaction area. The unit cell has a protrusion protruding from the separator toward the porous passage, which is fixed to the separator by the protrusion through a pressing force, which is generated due to deformation by a compressive force.

  • Publication number: 20150155573
Abstract: A fuel cell cooling apparatus and a fuel cell cooling method are provided. In particular, an evaporating/cooling unit installed in a stack of a fuel cell is utilized to lower a temperature of a stack and an injector injects a cooling material into the evaporating/cooling unit. A pump applies the pressure necessary for injecting the cooling material; and a passage connects the evaporating/cooling unit to a cathode and disposed in the fuel cell cooling apparatus so that the cooling material evaporated in the evaporating/cooling unit passes through the passage and to the cathode.
