  • Publication number: 20130242180
Abstract: An automatic observation apparatus of sky climate conditions is provided in which an opening and closing device is designed such that a lid moves upward and downward by an elevator so as to open and close the upper portion of an observer and thus, although it snows in winter, the lid moves upward and downward while maintaining a state in which snow is accumulated on the lid, the snow does not collapse due to movement of the lid and does not fall onto a transparent cover of the observer, and thereby obstruction of a visual field of a camera by snow is prevented.

  • Publication number: 20060019026
Abstract: A manufacturing method of an active matrix organic light emitting diode (AMOLED) display and an apparatus for manufacturing the AMOLED display, where the display has improved surface flatness and thickness uniformity as well as an improved image quality at edge regions of a pattern. According to the exemplary embodiment of the present invention, an anode electrode is formed on a lower structure of a substrate, an organic layer is formed on the anode electrode by imaging a complex laser beam on a donor film disposed on the substrate having light emitting materials, the complex laser beam having energy distribution inclination over 2%/?m at a threshold energy. The donor film is removed, and a cathode electrode is formed on the organic layer.

  • Publication number: 20050227568
Abstract: In a method for fabricating an organic electroluminescent display, a first electrode layer is formed on a transparent substrate, and a hole transport layer is formed on the first electrode layer. After an organic luminescent layer is formed on the hole transport layer by scanning a donor film disposed on the substrate using a laser beam, the donor film is removed and then a second electrode is formed on the organic luminescent layer. The laser beam dithers while performing the scanning operation to make the energy distribution uniform.

  • Publication number: 20050121689
Abstract: An organic EL device which includes a first electrode, a hole transport layer, a light-emitting layer, and the second electrode, wherein the light-emitting layer includes a mixed light-emitting film of a host substance, which is capable of transferring an energy to another light-emitting polymer by absorbing the energy, and a phosphorescent dopant which is capable of emitting light using a triplet state after absorbing the energy received. Accordingly, the light-emitting layer can be patterned, and a color purity and light-emitting characteristics of a full color organic polymer EL device, produced through a laser induced termal imaging operating, can be improved.
