  • Patent number: 10434958
Abstract: A headlining having a heat shielding function for a vehicle and a manufacturing method for producing the headlining, where a complex layer formed of glass fiber and polypropylene is manufactured among various layers forming the headlining having a multilayered structure, and a hot melt film containing a heat shielding material is further provided on at least one of both surfaces of the complex layer to shield heat by the headlining. In so doing, the headlining is capable of reducing an internal temperature of the vehicle even in the summertime, and thus an operation time of an air conditioner is reduced, and fuel efficiency of the vehicle is increased. The headlining also has a heat shielding function for a vehicle, in which carbon nanotubes as the heat shielding material are used to provide the heat shielding and weight lighting effects and also to simultaneously improve the fuel efficiency of the vehicle.

  • Patent number: 9827922
Abstract: A headlining having a heat shielding function for a vehicle and a manufacturing method for producing the headlining, in which a heat shielding layer having a heat shielding effect is stacked on a polyurethane foam sheet as a substrate having an excellent insulating effect and integrally formed therewith to prevent heat from being transferred to an inside of the vehicle through a roof panel occupying a wide portion exposed to an outside of the vehicle. In so doing, it is possible to create comfortable indoor environment of the vehicle even in hot summertime, to restrict an increase in an internal temperature of the vehicle and thus to reduce an operation time of an air conditioner and to enhance fuel efficiency of the vehicle.

  • Publication number: 20160002495
Abstract: A liquid polyurethane sound-insulating composition prepared by forming a urethane bond between a polyether polyol resin and modified methylene bisphenyl diisocyanate and uniformly dispersing an inorganic filler and a method of manufacturing a sound-absorbing and insulating material for vehicles, and therefore various types of sound-absorbing and insulating materials may be manufactured with no scraps by spray-coating a surface of a sound-absorbing material with the polyurethane sound-insulating composition, and sound-insulating performance with respect to a weight of the composition. Particularly, provided are a polyurethane sound-insulating composition which may be partially spray-coated on a part requiring sound-insulating performance, rather than being spray-coated on an entire surface of a sound-absorbing material, thereby minimizing an increase in weight and maximizing the sound-insulating performance, and a method of manufacturing a sound-absorbing and insulating material for vehicles.

  • Patent number: 7493692
Abstract: Disclosed herein is a method for manufacturing a heating panel. The method comprises preparing upper and lower moulds corresponding to the upper and lower plates, injecting a plastic material into the moulds to produce semi-manufactured products of the upper and lower plates, and bonding the semi-manufactured products of the upper and lower plates to produce the heating panel. The heating panel comprises a uniform fluid pathway formed therein, and allows uniform flow of heating fluid. The heating panel is manufactured by injection molding, thereby preventing blockage of the heating panel to ensure uniform flow of heating fluid. In addition, since the upper and lower plates are formed to a uniform thickness by injection molding, the method of the present invention enables precise forming of the heating panel, thereby allowing a constant tolerance and high quality of the heating panel.

  • Patent number: 7404432
Abstract: Disclosed is a plate-shaped heating panel having connecting members fastened to each other by means of resin. The heating panel comprises upper and lower plates integrally formed to face each other so as to form an inner fluid pathway in which heating water flows, a plurality of connecting members, each symmetrically extending from the upper and lower plates toward the lower and upper plates, respectively, and connecting the upper and lower plates to each other, the plurality of connecting members forming the inner fluid pathway at an inside surface of the plate, and two fluid communication portions for supplying and discharging the heating water, wherein one or more connecting members adjacent to the fluid communication portions are punctured to form holes. The holes are filled with a melted plastic resin, and the integrated plastic resin is integrated with the connecting members by pressing.

  • Patent number: 7027725
Abstract: Disclosed herein is a heating system of floating floor structure including a heating panel with a circular or elliptical inner fluid pathway. The heating panel having the circular or elliptical inner fluid pathway overcomes limitation on pressure resistance, which is the problem of the convention heating panel having a hexagonal fluid pathway, thereby providing enhanced pressure resistance. Furthermore, a floating floor structure of the heating system enhances thermal efficiency, and effectively improves sound absorbing/dampening function in a floor of a building. Additionally, the floating floor structure is provided with inner spaces, which allow utility equipment, such as an electric wire or a pipe, to be easily established therein, thereby enabling an easy repair of the heating system and the utility equipment.
