The snow melter includes: a snowblower; a transfer pipe which includes a snow thrower and a hot air receiving chamber, wherein the snow thrower is formed in the form of a stove pipe and is connected to the snowblower, and wherein the hot air receiving chamber is located outside the snow thrower and receives hot air introduced from the outside; a melting tank which includes a receiver and a melter, wherein the receiver receives the snow transferred through the snow thrower, and wherein the melter is connected to the receiver and melts the snow accumulated in the receiver by using high temperature hot air; and an hot air induction unit that collects the hot air generated by the melter and transfers the high temperature hot air to the transfer pipe.
