  • Publication number: 20200146625
Abstract: The present disclosure relates to a wrist strap (10) for a biometric monitor, wherein the biometric monitor comprises a casing (12) having a first surface (14) and a second surface (16) opposite to the first surface, the second surface comprising a biometric sensor area (18) located at the centre area of the second surface, said strap comprising receiving means arranged to receive the biometric monitor, such that the biometric monitor is attachable to the strap via a pair of parts (20, 21; 22, 23; 24, 25) enabling rotational movement of the biometric monitor, the parts being located at two opposite perimeter side edges of the biometric monitor, and thereby defining a rotation axis (Ax1), wherein the perpendicular bisector (PB1) of the rotation axis (Ax1) between the pair of parts is arranged to pass through the centre area of the second surface. The present disclosure also provides a biometric monitor connected to the wrist strap.

  • Patent number: 10203814
Abstract: A sensor arrangement for an electronic device with user input means comprises a sensor. The sensor is adapted to generate an electric field in an area of the user input means and to enable a detection of a change in the electric field. The sensor arrangement further comprises a conductive web. The conductive web is arranged between the sensor and an external surface of the user input means, in order to concentrate the volume of the generated electrical field.

  • Publication number: 20140173471
Abstract: A method, apparatus and computer program product is provided for displaying user interface objects on a curved display. As a result of a movement of an object in a curved area of a display, the object may change speed or shape based on a virtual effect of gravity. As such, the objects may display inertia, and change more or less drastically depending on a steepness of a curve of the display. Uses for the gravitational effects include gaming, realistic screen savers, and/or other displays of visual content.

  • Publication number: 20070264992
Abstract: There is provided a radio system including a network element and at least one user terminal supporting MBMS (multimedia broadcast multicast service), the network element being configured to transmit MBMS control information elements from the network element to the user terminal for controlling an MBMS session. The network element comprises: a detection unit for detecting a requirement for more capacity for an MBMS session in the radio system; a processing unit for including an MBMS bearer description in an MBMS control information element to be transmitted to the user terminal, the MBMS bearer description including an assignment to a given MBMS bearer depending on the detected requirement for more capacity; and a transmission unit for performing an MBMS transmission between the network element and the user terminal on the assigned MBMS bearer on the basis of the MBMS bearer description included in the MBMS control information element.
