  • Publication number: 20210307317
Abstract: Described herein is a polymeric stabilizing agent selected from poly-lysine derivatives obtained by process including heating an aqueous lysine solution to boiling, increasing a temperature of the aqueous lysine solution to a reaction temperature in the range of about 105° C. to about 180° C., and keeping the reaction temperature in the range of about 105° C. to about 180° C. until a melt viscosity of the reaction mixture is in the range of about 350 mPa*s to about 6,500 mPa*s, and (ii) an amine number in the range of about 100 mg KOH/g to about 500 mg KOH/g is achieved. The process also includes adding alkyl-carboxylic acid or alkenyl-carboxylic acid in amounts of 2.5 mol % to 10 mol %, and increasing or keeping the reaction temperature in the range of about 105° C. to about 180° C. until number of free alkyl-carboxylic acid or alkenyl-carboxylic acid is ?9% by weight.

  • Patent number: 8901041
Abstract: Liquid aqueous formulations of water-soluble active crop protectant ingredients which comprise (a) one or more water-soluble active ingredients (type (a) ingredients), (b) if desired, one or more water-insoluble active ingredients (type (b) ingredients), (c) if desired, polar organic solvents, (d) anionic surfactants, (e) if desired, nonionic, cationic and/or zwitterioinic surfactants, (f) silicone-based defoamers from the group of the linear polydimethylsiloxanes having an average dynamic viscosity, measured at 25° C., in the range from 1000 to 8000 mPas, and containing silica, (g) if desired, other, customary formulation assistants, and (h) water are suitable as low-foam formulations for application in crop protection. Also possible is the use of the corresponding active-ingredient-free adjuvant formulations in a tank mix with or in split application with active-ingredient formulations.

  • Publication number: 20070207928
Abstract: The present invention relates to the field of the plant protection formulations. In particular, the invention relates to formulations in the form of oil-in-water suspoemulsions (o/w suspoemulsions) which comprise one or more herbicidal active substances from the group of the hydroxybenzonitriles and at least one further agrochemical active substance which does not belong to the group of the hydroxybenzonitriles, the formulations being free of alkylphenol polyethoxylates, and naphthalene being present in an amount of less than 0.5%. The suspoemulsions according to the invention are suitable for controlling undesired vegetation.

  • Publication number: 20070149407
Abstract: The invention relates to aqueous suspension concentrates, comprising (1) one or more active ingredients from the group of the 4-Benzoylpyrazoles, (2) one or more surfactants based on substituted phenol ethers, (3) one or more thickeners based on aluminum silicate, and (4) if desired, additional formulating assistants, and also (5) if desired, additional surfactants, different from component (2). As well as the high-concentration formulating of active ingredients, this may make it possible to achieve a better biological action at a given application rate.

  • Publication number: 20070123425
Abstract: The invention relates to aqueous suspension concentrates which comprise: (1) one or more active substances from the group consisting of the oxadiazoles, (2) one or more surfactants based on non-salt-like substituted phenol ethers, (3) one or more thickeners based on aluminum silicate, and (4) optionally additional formulation auxiliaries, and also (5) optionally additional surfactants other than component (2). This makes possible, in addition to avoiding crystal growth, inter alia also highly concentrated aqueous herbicidal compositions with good distribution of active substance.

  • Publication number: 20070123424
Abstract: The invention relates to aqueous suspension concentrates comprising (1) one or more active ingredients from the group of the 2,4-diamino-s-triazines, which are N-substituted on one amino group by a (hetero)aryl(hetero)alkyl group, (2) one or more surfactants based on nonsaltlike substituted phenol ethers, (3) one or more aluminum silicate-based thickeners, and (4) if desired, additional formulation assistants, and also (5) if desired, additional surfactants different from component (2). Besides the highly concentrated formulation of active ingredients this also allows the biological effect to be improved for the same application rate.
