  • Patent number: 11959551
Abstract: A method of operating a sealing monitoring system for a seal of a rotatable shaft including a flushing liquid system, the seal disposed between the rotatable shaft and a stationary housing. The sealing monitoring system includes a liquid detector to detect a presence of a flushing liquid in the flushing liquid system. The method includes detecting the flushing liquid presence status in the flushing liquid system with the liquid detector, and when the flushing liquid presence status is affirmative, transmitting the flushing liquid presence status for processing using a wireless data communication system with a first data transmission interval between the transmissions, and when the flushing liquid presence status is negative, transmitting the flushing liquid presence status for processing using the wireless data communication system with a second data transmission interval being shorter than the first transmission interval between the transmissions.

  • Patent number: 11953013
Abstract: A centrifugal pump includes a pump housing having a suspension inlet and a suspension outlet and a flow channel between the inlet and the outlet, a shaft mounted by bearings for rotation about a center axis, an impeller which is rotatable by the shaft, in alignment with the inlet and arranged to be rotated about the axis in the flow channel, and gas collecting openings for gas removal arranged in the flow channel. The inlet end of the flow channel includes a number of static vanes comprising gas collecting openings, the vanes extend radially from an inner wall of the flow channel toward the center of the flow channel and are upstream of the impeller.

  • Publication number: 20220042546
Abstract: A bearing housing includes a hollow shell with opposite ends having coaxial openings for at least one bearing element at each end thereof. The shell between the openings has, when assembled in position for use, a bottom with a bottom surface, the bottom having an oil outlet and the bottom surface having an oil outlet opening. The cavity for impurities is arranged below the bottom surface of the shell, and the cavity is arranged in flow communication with the oil outlet and the oil outlet opening.
