  • Publication number: 20200187113
Abstract: It is provided a method, comprising detecting a trigger; estimating, for each of one or more deactivated helper cells, a respective estimated transferred load if the trigger is detected, wherein the respective estimated transferred load will be transferred from a reference cell to the respective helper cell if the respective helper cell will be activated, and the one or more deactivated helper cells belong to a power saving group consisting of the reference cell and one or more helper cells; determining determine a candidate cell among the deactivated helper cells, wherein the estimated transferred load of the candidate cell is maximum among the estimated transferred loads; instructing activating of the candidate cell.

  • Patent number: 10479448
Abstract: A snowmobile has a frame having a tunnel; at least one ski operatively connected to the frame; a motor supported by the frame; an endless drive track disposed at least in part below the tunnel and operatively connected to the motor for propulsion of the snowmobile; a suspension assembly operatively connected to the frame, the suspension assembly supporting and tensioning the endless drive track, the suspension assembly having a least one rear idler wheel, the at least one idler wheel defining an idler wheel rotation axis; and a snow guard connected to the suspension assembly. The snow guard has a deflector. The deflector has a leading edge and a trailing edge. The leading edge is rearward and upward of the idler wheel rotation axis. The trailing edge is rearward and upward of the idler wheel rotation axis.

  • Publication number: 20190349773
Abstract: Embodiments of the present disclosure are directed to a distributed method and system for independent activation and deactivation of small cells. The method and system consider network traffic at multiple nodes instead of only considering the small cell's own traffic, and may be implemented using existing X2 messages.

  • Patent number: 10225371
Abstract: It is proposed a method for verifying configuration changes in a Self-Organizing Network comprising a plurality of verification areas, in which each verification areas at least one network element is installed. The method comprises observing 701 a configuration change within a verification area affecting one or more network elements; computing 702 a virtual temperature value for the affected network elements, wherein the virtual temperature value indicates a stability state of the network element; distributing 703 the computed virtual temperature value; receiving 703 the computed virtual temperature value; triggering 704 a verification mechanism 500; and evaluating 705 the virtual temperature value of the given verification area.

  • Publication number: 20180124867
Abstract: A method for verifying an operation of a mobile radio communication network is provided, wherein the method comprises sending an Initiation Message from a first network entity to a second network entity, the Initiation Message defining an undo request and comprising an UNDO section defining an undo area, a TRIGGERING_CM section indicating changes to the network, and an ASSISTANCE section; receiving an Assistance-Response Message, the Assistance-Response Message comprising the UNDO section, and an ASSISTED_CM section; and sending an Assistance-Acknowledge Message including an ACK flag and the UNDO section from the first network entity to the second network entity.

  • Publication number: 20130307790
Abstract: Systems and techniques for controlling a device using contacts with a touch sensitive surface, with contacts being analyzed to determine if they represent incidental contacts or deliberate inputs. Upon recognition of a contact to a touch sensitive surface of a device, the contact is analyzed to determine if it meets at least one criterion for recognition as an input. Criteria may include location of the contact, as well as characteristics of the contact or a pattern of which the contact is a part. When a contact is recognized as indicating a deliberate input, user feedback may be provided, indicating to a user that the input was successful or allowing the user to be informed in time to abort or counteract the input.
