  • Patent number: 10014740
Abstract: The present disclosure relates to a chamber for housing strands of a stator bar for electric machines. The problem to provide a reliable chamber for a stator bar of an electric machine is solved with a stator bar chamber engaging a stator bar in an electric machine. The chamber includes a number of hollow conductors in a first straight part of the chamber, a number of hollow conductors in a second tapered part, and a number of hollow conductors and adjacent solid conductors in a third straight part. The first part of the chamber is closed with a ring mounted at the edge of the first part and a nipple adapted to the ring.
