Abstract: A modular building unit has an interior space and is placed with other modular building units to form a building. The unit includes a first modular section having a first floor frame and a first wall frame extending up from the first floor frame. The first modular section defines a first portion of the interior space of the unit. The first floor frame underlies the first portion of the interior space of the unit. A second modular section includes a second floor frame and a second wall frame extending up from the second floor frame. The second modular section defines a second portion of the interior space of the unit. The second floor frame underlies the second portion of the interior space of the unit. A connection couples the first and second modular sections to one another. The first and second floor frames being generally coplanar with one another.

Abstract: A modular building assembly of a building includes a modular building unit that forms a portion of the building. The modular building unit includes a structural frame having an exterior side arranged adjacent to an exterior of the building. A façade is mounted on the structural frame. A joining frame is mounted on the structural frame of the modular building unit independently of the façade. The joining frame includes a weather-proofing interface extending along an outer perimeter of the joining frame. The weather-proofing interface engages a joining frame of at least one other modular building assembly to form a seal with the at least one other modular building assembly when the modular building assembly and at least one other modular building assembly are arranged next to one another in the building.

Abstract: A method for treating amblyopia in a patient includes: providing a virtual reality headset having a display that provides a first display to a left eye and a second display to the right eye; and manipulating one of the first display or the second display such that the manipulation encourages a patent's amblyopic eye to perform more work than the non-amblyopic eye.

Abstract: The present disclosure relates generally to an apparatus for cleaning or otherwise treating a floor or ground surface. Devices provided herein include various features to enhance the efficiency and efficacy of cleaning operations. Such devices includes, but are not limited to, bearing protector devices, cord and cable management devices, and ergonomic features useful with ride-on floor treating machines.
