Abstract: Systems and methods are described herein for data normalization and selective data sharing in a partner sharing platform. In one aspect, a method for matching users and sharing selected information may include obtaining first territory information associated with a first user and second territory information associated with a second user, where the territory information includes a plurality of entities each representing a customer or potential customer of the user. The first and second territory information may be normalized to a standard information format, for example according to different rules defined for different fields of the information. The normalized first and second territory information may then be compared to determine common entities. If the two users have at least one common entity, they may be automatically matched, enabling connecting the first user and the second user to selectively share at least part of the first and second territory information.
