  • Publication number: 20240299701
Abstract: The disclosure is directed to a catheter system comprising an inner catheter and/or an outer catheter configured to at least partially receive the inner catheter. In some embodiments, the inner catheter comprises a proximal hub, a distal portion, and/or a pusher wire extending between the proximal hub and the distal portion. In some embodiments, the inner and/or the outer catheter does not include a smooth inner surface. In some embodiments, the inner and/or outer catheter includes an inner surface comprising a series of recessed surfaces. In some embodiments, the recessed surfaces are formed by the spaces between the catheter's reinforcement structure, where the spaces are filled and/or sealed by an encasement sleeve. In some embodiments, the reinforcement structure forms support surfaces for structures traversing through the inner diameter. In some embodiments, at least a portion of the support surfaces and/or recessed surfaces include reflown polymer and/or a hydrophilic coating.

  • Publication number: 20240269355
Abstract: A pumping top may include a left panel and a right panel, each of the left panel and the right panel having a bottom edge and being configured to cover a side of a wearer's torso and cover and support a breast of the wearer. Each of the left panel and the right panel may include (i) an expandable bladder configured to contact and partially surround a corresponding breast of the wearer, (ii) a supply line coupled at one end to the bladder and at an opposite end to a connector disposed proximate the bottom edge, and (iii) a return line coupled at one end to the bladder and at an opposite end to the connector. The connector may be configured to couple to a circulating pump that is separate and distinct from the pumping top, which circulates warmed liquid through the pumping top.

  • Publication number: 20230191081
Abstract: The disclosure includes a catheter comprising a proximal end, a distal end located opposite the proximal end, an outer surface extending between the proximal end and the distal end, and an inner surface located opposite the outer surface, wherein the inner surface is configured to also extend between the proximal end and the distal end. In some embodiments, each of the outer and inner surfaces is coated in a hydrophilic coating. The hydrophilic coating may be configured to reduce surface tension and increase the lubricity of the catheter.
