Abstract: A system for obtaining substantially all medical information available to a specific patient from a network of endpoints and combining the information to create a comprehensive aggregate patient record. The system allows users to access and download their medical information from numerous institutions. The system combines a user's information into a single aggregate record without requiring the patient to interact with numerous patient portals.
