Abstract: Systems and methods for sanitizing, cleaning, and deodorizing the interior of a garbage can are provided, as well as deterring pests from entering the garbage can or terminating pests that do enter the garbage can. A device is provided that includes a housing and an adjustable nozzle configured to dispense a cleaning solution into the interior of the garbage can. Additionally, the device includes a power source such as a battery, as well as an electronic board that can enable and disable the nozzle. The device can be mounted to an underside of a lid of the garbage can, which allows solution to be sprayed downwardly into the interior of the garbage can and bags contained therein. The adjustable nozzle can be adjusted to a number of different spray patterns. When the solution of the device is depleted, it can be replaced for further use of the device.

Abstract: Systems and methods for sanitizing, cleaning, and deodorizing a container such as a garbage can. The sanitization product can include a disposable pad covered in a solution that is inserted into indoor or outdoor garbage cans. The solution may be configured to minimize and prevent the spread of bacteria and other germs within a garbage can, which routinely occurs due to spilling of food, liquids, and other garbage within the can. Additionally, the pad may be made of an absorbable material so that any liquids that enter a garbage can can immediately be absorbed. Different solutions may be applied to the product depending on where the pad will be used. Additionally, a kit may be provided that includes multiple disposable pads. For instance, the kit may include a dozen pads, or more or less pads, that help to keep the user's garbage can clean and void of unpleasant odors.

Abstract: A system and method for on-site cleaning of an ion exchange resin is disclosed. The system includes a mixing tank in fluid communication with a resin vessel, first and second chemical sources, first, second, and third pumps, and a deionized water source. The mixing tank and pumps are mounted on a portable skid. A cleaning solution is made within the mixing tank by displacing oxygen from the tank with a nitrogen blanket, and injecting a sulfite solution, an acid, and deionized water into the mixing tank. The third pump is configured to recirculate and mix the cleaning solution, drawing the cleaning solution from the mixing tank, past an instrument bank, and back into the mixing tank until mixed. The third pump is also configured to inject the cleaning solution into the resin vessel containing the ion exchange resin. The portable system is in fluid communication with a waste sump.

The system also includes a second connector that has a first portion coupled to a suction port of a breast shield and the suction tubing, and a second portion coupled to a breast milk collecting port and the milk tubing. A breast shield system with a flexible diaphragm and a cover is provided that may be coupled to the breast pump system. A dual suction path filter cartridge is also provided.
