  • Patent number: 11949283
Abstract: Systems and apparatuses for access-controlled electrical docking stations that automatically switch power to an electrical system between generator power and utility power are disclosed herein. An illustrative electrical docking station can include a cabinet that houses a circuit breaker, a generator interface to connect generators to the electrical docking station, an Automatic Transfer Switch, and a power supply. The power supply can supply converted DC power and protection to different accessories for the electrical docking station including an alarm, a supervisory control and data acquisition (SCADA), and a locking mechanism. The locking mechanism can be configured to lock a door to the generator connectors in a closed position when the ATS is energized by a generator and to not lock the door when the door is in an open position. In some such circumstances, the alarm can shine green or provide an audible alarm and shine red respectively.

  • Patent number: 11947550
Abstract: Techniques and tools are described for producing time-series data using faceted search based on document creation time. For example, index information can be created from events (e.g., by adding meta-data and indexing the events as documents). In addition, index information can be created that maps document creation time to time ranges. Search queries can then be executed (e.g., comprising ad-hoc filters to filter on the meta-data), and search results can be faceted on the time ranges to produce time-series data. The time-series data can be graphed to display trends of activity (e.g., trends of events based on user activity).

  • Publication number: 20240106850
Abstract: The present disclosure provides a systems, methods, and computer-readable media for distributed cybersecurity data collection and traffic masking. According to some aspects, a system includes a server and multiple logical groups of node devices associated with respective characteristics. The characteristics may be related to different geographical or geopolitical locations, different scheduled operations, or the like. A first node device of a first logical group may execute a data collection agent based on first parameter values corresponding to characteristics of the logical first group to communicate first masked traffic to a network target to obtain first cybersecurity data. A second node device of a second logical group may execute the data collection agent based on second parameter values corresponding to characteristics of the second logical group to communicate second masked traffic to the network target to obtain second cybersecurity data.

  • Patent number: 11935127
Abstract: This technology relates to providing a web-based digital claims platform to provide users with a simple and customized experience when filing insurance claims. The platform is enabled by a plurality of back-end application programming interface (API) resources. These API resources are event-driven (e.g., when an “event” associated with the claim occurs, the status of the claim changes and the API is provided with updated information indicative of the change). The platform includes a customized user interface (UI) that tailors the claim experience to a particular user's needs. The customization can be based off of stated user preferences and/or learned user preferences associated with the user's past behavior. A user can perform/request various services through the customized UI's self-service function (e.g., rent a car, find a hotel room, select a repair shop, etc.). Additionally, the customized UI can enable the user upload documents, track claim status, find relevant help topics, etc.

  • Patent number: 11902470
Abstract: According to one example, the present disclosure involves a system including a data-communications server which uses client-specific sets of data that respectively indicate, for each of a plurality of remotely-situated disparate client entities, data services including data-communications call routing services and parked-call services to be provided on behalf of the client entity from among the client entities. The server is to access the client-specific sets of data (e.g., as may be stored in database of a memory circuit), and, in response, the server receives incoming calls involving user endpoint devices associated with respective ones of the client entities. These actions may be followed by the server providing the data services for the incoming calls in a manner consistent with the client-specific sets of data, and conveying for one of the incoming calls, one of multiple call-related context indications to one of the user endpoint devices.

  • Publication number: 20220216677
Abstract: A wall cavity electrical cupboard system is provided for allowing flush mounting with ready electrical access wiring that is received through holes of the cavity container and can feed along the circumferential channel and into holes of the template openings and can be connected to control means in the electrical mounting module mounted on the support brackets such as fuses, surge protectors, short circuit protection cutoffs etc. Only the front switches or indicators appear through cut outs. The channel and the template openings provide a benefit that the wiring therefore can be selectively moved around and readily connected without needing to line up the holes of the cavity container and the electrical container and with adjustability and safety of placing wiring connection behind the sealing protector plate covering the opening except for what is allowable to show through the cutouts and be mounted on the support brackets.
