Abstract: A system for managing prescriptions. The system includes a server to operate a prescription manager, and a client. The server includes a processing device and a memory. The prescription manager includes an attachment receiver to receive an audio recording from a prescription signatory authority. The audio recording indicates approval of a prescription for a patient. The client interacts with the prescription manager and is in communication with the server via a network. The client includes a microphone to convert the prescription signatory authority's voice to an electronic signal to generate the audio recording.

The prescription receiver includes a medication manager to display a recommendation in response to selection of a medication to be administered to the patient. The client interacts with the prescription manager and is in communication with the server via a network. The client displays the recommendation.
