    Abstract: A busway lighting system including, a first conductor, a second conductor laterally opposing the first conductor. The first conductor and second conductor are retained in a busway lighting section and carry currents of greater than twenty amps. The busway lighting section may further include a top surface and at least two lateral surfaces. The first and second conductors may be retained on the at least two lateral surfaces and may be affixed to channels in respective lateral surfaces.
