Abstract: Systems and methods for providing one or more client commitments to one or more clients, the client commitments relating to one or more client events on a demand response manifest to be performed by a transit industry vehicle, wherein each client event comprises a pick up or a drop off, a date, a time and an client event location. A mobile data terminal communicates with a real time traffic data provider and provides the received real time traffic dataset to a demand response scheduling server that determines any impact on the manifest the real time traffic data may have and hence whether a client commitment can be made, or an existing client commitment must be changed, and notifies the client of such client commitment or change.

Abstract: A method and system for handling an incident affecting a transit agency is provided. The method and system allow for obtaining an indication of the existence of the incident, defining the incident, determining affected items, and securing the affected items as required. The method and system further allow for quantifying the impact of the incident.

Abstract: Systems and methods for transit system messaging are disclosed. One or more user computing devices, configured to communicate with a transit system server and access transit system functionality, can communicate in real-time with one another and may further communicate data, or links to data, related to the transit system. Communicated data may further be directly acted upon based on the receiving user computing device's knowledge of the transit system and its data.

Abstract: In certain embodiments, a method for detecting a prostate proliferative cell disorder, a prostate cancer or a prostate tumor and/or categorizing Gleason's Sum of the tumors includes performing a digital rectal examination on a subject; obtaining one or more expressed prostatic secretion (EPS) samples from the subject; measuring PSA levels in the EPS; and measuring a biomarker, wherein the biomarker is TMPRSS2:ERG fusion RNA. Optionally, the biomarker may be methylated copies of GSTPI, APC, RARB and/or RASSFI DNA or PCA3 RNA. A kit for performing any of the above embodiments is also contemplated.
