Abstract: An electrical enclosure assembly is provided including a first enclosure and a second enclosure disposed within the first enclosure. The first enclosure having a plurality of walls defining an interior and an exterior with one of the walls including a first number of one way vents. The interior being substantially sealed from the exterior except at the first number of one way vents. The second enclosure having a plurality of walls defining an interior separate from the interior of the first enclosure. One of the plurality of walls of the second enclosure including a second number of one way vents. The interior of the second enclosure being substantially sealed from the interior of the first enclosure except at the second number of one way vents.

Abstract: A panel assembly for an electrical enclosure has a fixed mounting portion and a movable panel portion. The electrical enclosure has an interior substantially sealed from an exterior except at a number of apertures. The panel assembly includes a mounting portion coupled to the enclosure and a panel portion generally disposed over a corresponding one of the number of apertures. The panel portion is movable in a first direction from a first position to a second position by gas formed from an arcing event within the electrical enclosure passing outward through the corresponding aperture. The panel portion is constrained from movement in an opposite second direction due to a portion of the electrical enclosure.

Abstract: A seal assembly for an electrical enclosure having a draw-out circuit breaker and a number of conductors is provided having a movable first seal member and a movable second seal member. The circuit breaker includes a protruding nose portion that is engaged by the first and second seal members in a manner that sealingly engages the nose portion. The arrangement of the first and second seal members and the nose portion provides for the sealing engagement to be maintained when the circuit breaker is moved from a first position in which the circuit breaker is not electrically connected to the number of conductors and a second position in which the circuit breaker is electrically connected to the number of conductors.
