Abstract: Systems and methods include plates of metal such as steel, interconnected to the side of a monopole tower to convey forces through pins, rather than large quantities of blind bolts. The systems and methods reduce: the number of holes that must be drilled in the tower; the total quantity of blind fasteners required on any particular project; total labor hours; at-height labor hours; and overall risk at the time of installation.
