    Abstract: Disclosed herein are tissue scaffold materials with microspheres of one density embedded in hydrogel of a different density. The disclosed materials have improved ability to facilitate cellular invasion and vascularization for wound healing and tissue regeneration. The inventors have found that materials having components with different densities promotes invasion of cells, including desirable cells such as fibroblasts and endothelial precursor cells, into the scaffold.

When executed, the instructions may configure the at least one processor to automatically generate one or more queries for information identifying the user and an individual associated with the user, automatically generate one or more requests for status information and real-time location information for the individual, automatically generate, based on the requested status information and real-time location information, a plurality of hypermedia elements for a graphical user interface being formatted for the mobile device, and provide the automatically generated hypermedia elements for display in a graphical user interface formatted for the mobile device.

In one embodiment, methods may include receiving a request to display a primary status associated with a plurality of facilities, querying at least one database for data associated with each one of the plurality of facilities, calculating a score for each one of the plurality of facilities based on the associated data, determining the primary status associated with each one of the plurality of facilities based by comparing the score with threshold rules, selecting a primary graphical object style for each one of the plurality of facilities based on the primary status, and generating for display a user interface screen including primary graphical objects in a screen of the mobile device, wherein the primary graphical objects include the respective selected style.

Provided biomaterials include physically crosslinked hydrogels that are thixotropic, display rapid chain relaxation, are easily extruded through narrow gauge needles, biodegrade into inert products, are well tolerated by soft tissues, and effectively prevent seroma in a radical breast mastectomy animal model.
