    Abstract: A wearable electronic device provides force feedback that acts on a controller of the device. At least one actuator coupled to the controller receives inputs from a host computing system and applies forces in at least one of two allowed degrees-of-freedom to the movable controller. The actuator includes an axle that is rotatably driven by an electric motor, and a force transmission gear assembly for transmitting the torque from the motor to the controller via the axle.
