Abstract: A method for delivering media to a playback device including outputting first test media to be viewed by a first user. The method further includes receiving a first user input related to a first perception of the first test media by the first user and indicating a first personalized quality of experience of the first user with respect to the first test media. The method further includes generating a first personalized sensitivity profile including one or more viewing characteristics of the first user based on the first user input, and determining, based at least in part on the first personalized sensitivity profile, a first media parameter. The first media parameter is determined in order to increase an efficiency of media delivery to the first playback device over a network while preserving the first personalized quality of experience of the first user.

Abstract: A system comprising computer hardware, computer software, various client end-user devices, and methodology for co-viewing of media and conducting synchronization of viewing by two or more system users through over-the-top (OTT) media devices, mobile devices, tablets devices or Web platform. Said system enables sychronization of the content viewing experience between a first logged-in user of the system who is authorized to perform synchronization, and one or a plurality of other users who are logged into the system, wherein one user serves as a guide and the other user or users are followers of the viewed content media.

Abstract: A method of authenticating a passcode entered by a user on an unstable electronic computing device. The method includes receiving an indication that an input is unstable, impacting the ability of a user to provide the input; generating a dynamic keyboard including at least one alphanumeric key, the dynamic keyboard being configured to address the unstable input; presenting the dynamic keyboard to the user; receiving the input from the user, the input comprising a selection of at least one alphanumeric character of a passcode on the dynamic keyboard; and authenticating the input received from the user by comparing the at least one alphanumeric character and a stored passcode.

Abstract: Disclosed are systems and techniques for detecting audio sources and configuring acoustic device settings. For instance, a wireless device can obtain a first set of radio frequency (RF) sensing data associated with a first plurality of received waveforms corresponding to a first transmitted waveform reflected off of a plurality of reflectors. Based on the first set of RF sensing data, the wireless device can determine a classification of a first reflector from the plurality of reflectors. The wireless device can determine at least one acoustic setting based on the classification of the at least one reflector.

Abstract: A first wireless communication device (UE device) associated with a certain user (or included in a specified set/group of UE devices) may establish a first communication link with an accessory device according to a short-range radio access technology, and transmit link (pairing) information associated with the first communication link to a server, such as a cloud-based server. The server may share this (first) link information with other UE devices associated with the same user (or belonging to the same specified group of UE devices as the first UE device). Link information associated with the other UE devices (i.e. second link information) may equally be shared with the accessory device, and the other UE devices and accessory device may use the first link information and second link information in establishing respective communication links between any of the other UE devices and the accessory device without having to undergo a pairing procedure.

Abstract: Exemplary embodiments may provide an on-body medicament delivery system that provides basal delivery of a medicament to a type 2 diabetes patient and that automatically performs medicament titration for the patient. The medicament delivery system performs medicament titration based on glucose level readings for the patient. These glucose levels may be provided wirelessly from a glucose sensor, such as a continuous glucose monitor, or may be entered manually by the patient into a management device, such as a smartphone running an application that provides a user interface for the patient to enter the glucose level readings. The medicament delivery system adjusts the basal medicament delivery rate/dose based on the glucose level readings for the patient. The adjustments may be performed by a programmatic mechanism, such as by computer programming instructions executing on a processor.
