Abstract: Methods and systems are provided for providing enhanced incoming call notifications for users who utilized a relay application designed for those with speech, visual, or hearing impairments or disabilities. An indication that a calling party is attempting to initiate an incoming call intended for a receiving party that utilizes a relay application that assists users having hearing, visual, or speech disabilities is received by an intermediate party. A chat session is established utilizing the relay application between the intermediate party and the calling party. Additionally, a Voice over Internet Protocol (VoIP) session is established that does not include a voice session. Upon the chat session being terminated from within the relay application, the VoIP session is terminated.

Abstract: Systems and methods for providing at least one electronic indication of network benefit of a telecommunication network include a first telecom network and a user device. The user device includes sim circuitry. The user device is structured to connect to the first telecom network and a secondary telecom network, receive at least one first device signal associated with the first telecom network and at least one secondary device signal associated with the secondary telecom network, determine one or more signal factors based on the at least one first device signal and the at least one secondary device signal, generate one or more network scores in response to the one or more signal factors determined, and based on the one or more network scores, provide at least one electronic indication of network benefit of the first telecom network and the secondary telecom network.

Abstract: A method of managing a custom configuration manifest, comprising: collecting by an application configuration selections about a user equipment (UE) that are dynamically configured to create the custom configuration manifest; processing by a server the configuration selections and dynamically configuring the configuration selections to create the manifest; transmitting by the server the manifest to both the UE and a database with a plurality of custom configuration manifests; receiving by a custom configuration manifest handling application authorization through one or more authorization options, but not authentication credentials, to allow the manifest handling application to install preferred applications on the UE; installing by the manifest handling application the preferred applications on the UE without providing the authentication credentials; and customizing by the manifest handling application the UE based on the manifest.
