    Abstract: An input dataset corresponding to an audience is augmented by joining a first set of individual IDs of the audience with a second set of individual IDs in a set of reference audiences stored within a cloud system. An engagement score is generated for each individual in the first set of individual IDs by processing the input dataset with augmented data using a trained machine learning model. Each ID in the first set of individual IDs is assigned to a tier category. A target audience (a subset of the first set of individual IDs belonging to a particular tier category) is identified. A similarity score is calculated for each individual belonging to the target audience with the second set of individual IDs in the set of reference audiences. An expanded audience is generated based on the similarity scores.

The web server receives the SSI generated based on a propensity score indicating extent to which the user has propensity for releasing user's data to a digital platform. The web server extracts data about content preferences, user characteristics, or browsing history from the SSI based on data related to privacy of a user associated with the user identifier. using the data, a content item is selected to fill a content slot on the webpage. The web server configures the webpage such that the selected content item fills the content slot.

One system includes an asset load manager (ALM) that receives information from the COD providers about asset opportunities for COD content of the COD providers. The ALM selected asset opportunity and delivers it to a trading platform that offers the asset opportunity to the remaining COD providers. The ALM also receives, from the trading platform, sale information of the asset opportunity to another of the COD providers and information of an asset used to fill the asset opportunity. An asset opportunity information system (AOIS) interfaces with an asset decision system (ADS), to direct the ADS to configure asset rankings and removals according to rules of the second COD provider. The ADS directs an asset insertion into the COD content of the first COD provider based on the asset ranking.

In one embodiment, a system comprises a first COD provider operable to process a request for COD content from a first of a plurality of UEs, to deliver the COD content to the first UE, and to process a first message from the first UE. The first message includes an invitation to a second of the UEs to view the COD content. A router is communicatively coupled to the first COD provider. The router is operable to route the first message to the second UE and to process a selection message from the second UE. The selection message requests that the COD content be delivered to the second UE. The router is further operable to direct a media server to deliver the COD content to the second UE.
