    Abstract: A water balloon packaging unit and methods are provided. The water balloon packaging unit includes a packaging structure for receiving filled water balloons. The packaging structure is transitionable between a finished state and an unfinished state. In the finished state, the packaging structure and filled water balloons form the packaging unit. The water balloons are held by the packaging structure in a tight cluster by virtue of a vacuum seal implemented on the packaging structure.
