  • Patent number: 11960683
Abstract: A display system for sensing a finger of a user applied to the display system includes a display panel; a sensor for sensing the finger; a sensing light source configured to emit a first light having a first wavelength W1; and a reflective polarizer disposed between the display panel and the sensor. For a substantially normally incident light, an optical transmittance of the reflective polarizer versus wavelength for a first polarization state has a band edge such that for a first wavelength range extending from a smaller wavelength L1 to a greater wavelength L2 and including W1, where 30 nm?L2?L1?50 nm and L1 is greater than and within about 20 nm of a wavelength L3 corresponding to an optical transmittance of about 50% along the band edge, the optical transmittance has an average of greater than about 75%.

  • Publication number: 20230394409
Abstract: A method for providing a performance dashboard to a user associated with an enterprise comprises retrieving user information pertaining to the user. The method further comprises determining a list of computational tasks associated with generating the performance dashboard based at least in part on the user information. The method further comprises determining a load time for each computational task. The method further comprises identifying at least one computational task having a corresponding load time that is above a load time threshold. The method further comprises replacing the at least one computational task with a plurality of sub-tasks. The method further comprises, subsequent to replacing the at least one computational task within the list of computational tasks with the plurality of sub-tasks, generating the performance dashboard using the list of computational tasks. The method further comprises transmitting the performance dashboard to a web browser of the user.

  • Patent number: 9006986
Abstract: Semiconductor light emitting devices are provided that include a first string of light emitting diodes (“LED”) that emit unsaturated light having a color point that is within at least eight MacAdam ellipses of one or more points within a first blue-shifted-yellow region on the 1931 CIE Chromaticity Diagram, a second string of LEDs that emit unsaturated light having color point that is within at least eight MacAdam ellipses from one or more points within a second blue-shifted-green region on the 1931 CIE Chromaticity Diagram, and a third light source that emits radiation having a dominant wavelength between 600 and 720 nm. A drive circuit is provided that is configured to supply a first drive current to the first string of LEDs, a second drive current to the second string of LEDs and a third drive current to the third string of LEDs, wherein at least two of the first, second and third drive currents are independently controllable.
