  • Patent number: 12643958
Abstract: Provided herein are methods of treating eye disorders by administering an anti-VEGF antibody and/or conjugate to a subject having an eye disorder. The anti-VEGF antibody of the present disclosure may be an anti-VEGF antibody conjugate that includes a polymeric moiety that extends the half-life/effectiveness/properties of the antibody when administered to a subject. A method of the present disclosure includes administering one or more doses of an anti-VEGF antibody conjugate to a subject (e.g., human or other mammalian patient) in need of treating an eye disorder, where the anti-VEGF antibody conjugate may be administered less frequently than a standard anti-VEGF therapy to treat the eye disorder.

  • Publication number: 20250046025
Abstract: Systems, methods, and devices for smart digital interactions with augmented reality and generative artificial intelligence are disclosed. A method includes authenticating a user according to one or more authentication settings provided to the premises computing system. The authentication settings can authorize presentation and processing of a subset of the user data records. The method further includes monitoring user input from the user via an input device of the premises computing system, and transmitting, to a generative artificial intelligence system, a request to generate a response based on the user input. The request is in regard to the subset of the user data records. The method also includes presenting, via an augmented reality device, at least one visualization generated based on the response received from the generative artificial intelligence system.

  • Patent number: 6718022
Abstract: A method and apparatus for universal call identification. One embodiment includes a method in a telephone call processing system for maintaining information about a call. The method includes creating a universal call identification for the call the call is received in the system. A call includes each of a multiple call segments that occur between a first connection of a caller resource to a call processing system resource and a disconnection of the caller resource from the call processing system. The method also includes creating a record of each of the call segments.

  • Patent number: 6598078
Abstract: A method of constructing a record utilizing information contained in an information stream sent from a detection device that monitors a transaction processing system, to a reporting device, commences with the detection of an expiration of a predetermined time interval with respect to the detection device. A time delimiter is then inserted into the information stream propagated from the detection device to the reporting device. The time delimiter indicates the expiration of predetermined time interval with respect to the detection device. Information derived from the instruction stream is assimilated into a record at the reporting entity. Time delimiters in the instruction stream are utilized to measure, at the reporting device, the expiration of the predetermined time interval at the detection device.

  • Patent number: 6442269
Abstract: A method and apparatus for integrating business data and transaction data in a transaction processing environment comprises a telephone call processing system including a call distribution device connected to several agent devices through one type of communication link. The call distribution device is connected to an information server through another type of communication link. The information server includes a database for storing business data associated with call data for a particular call. A machine implemented method for storing data related to a call comprising the steps of transmitting a host data value from an agent device to the information server during a transaction, and, if a host data signal is received by the data warehouse during the transaction, associating the host data value with a transaction identifier and storing the host data value in the database a predetermined time after a termination of the call.

  • Patent number: 5546455
Abstract: In an automatic call distribution (ACD) system having a plurality of client systems and at least one host server system, the host server system for conducting transactions in real time, a method is provided for creating and reporting data substantially synchronously with other data and in substantial real-time with events which generate the data wherein at the host server system requests are handled and translated directly into executable machine code containing all knowledge needed to execute the request as a query as if the query were directed to a relational database, a query in real-time interaction is used to access data in shared memory of the host server system and report information, typically status information related to transactions of interest, to the requesting client system.
