  • Patent number: 12515700
Abstract: It may be desirable for a remote advisor to request an autonomous vehicle to relocate to a target relocation pose using a freespace planner that has fewer constraints than the structured planner that is used for normal driving. The autonomous vehicle planning stack can include a remote vehicle interface, which can serve as the application programming interface for remote requestors to request relocation of the autonomous vehicle. The remote vehicle interface may implement a relocation state machine to carry out different parts of a relocation session. A scenario manager may subscribe to the state of the relocation state machine. Based on the state, the scenario manager can request the freespace planner to generate an output plan for the target relocation pose and can orchestrate handoff between different motion planners to relocate the autonomous vehicle.

  • Publication number: 20220349193
Abstract: A rebar tying system including a chassis with a central opening that passes from top to bottom of the chassis, a plurality of driven wheels coupled to the chassis and configured to propel the rebar tying system bidirectionally over a rebar mat, a plurality of foot members coupled to the chassis and configured to selectively move the rebar tying system in a lateral direction relative the bidirectional wheel propelled movement, and a rebar tying gun configured to be selectively positionable both horizontally and vertically in the central opening to perform rebar tying operations.

  • Patent number: 10519660
Abstract: A key-locked rebar clamping assembly includes a clamp that may be forced onto the perpendicular intersection of the upper and lower rods of crossed rebar and then held from below with a key. The assembly is readily installed by forcing the clamp over the intersection of the upper and lower rods and forcing the key through a keyway in opposing sides of the clamp. The assembly holds the rods together with the clamp at the top and the key at the bottom regardless of force, vibration, and the like applied to either rod. As the key constrains downward movement of the lower rod away from the clamp and the upper rod, the lower rod will not separate from the upper rod if walked on. The assembly reduces the need to alternate longitudinal adjacent rods between upper and lower positions, thus saving labor costs through the elimination of wire tying and complicated positioning.

  • Patent number: 9459994
Abstract: Approaches for application testing are provided. An approach includes recording a test case of an application running on a mobile device. The approach also includes generating an expected layout based on object data received from the mobile device during the recording. The approach additionally includes receiving playback object data based on the test case being played back on the mobile device or a different mobile device. The approach further includes comparing the playback object data to the expected layout data.

  • Publication number: 20160203444
Abstract: Calendar management devices and systems are disclosed that are configured with hardware to generate a calendar object and a calendar share identifier associated with the calendar object, and to cause the calendar share identifier to be provided to each of a plurality of calendar users. User input is received indicating a new event associated with the calendar object, and in response to the user input, the device(s) are configured to determine an authorization level of the new event based on the user input, generate a calendar event object comprising the authorization level, and automatically send a publication request to a remote server over a network, wherein said sending the publication request directs the remote server to determine a subset of the plurality of calendar users based on the authorization level and to send the event object to each of the subset of the plurality of calendar users.

  • Publication number: 20150217698
Abstract: The present disclosure relates to a rack for securing objects to a vehicle for automotive transportation. The rack includes at least one horizontal mounting bar, wherein each horizontal mounting bar may be deconstructed into multiple sections, at least two vertical towers, wherein each vertical tower includes an opening through which a horizontal mounting bar may be positioned, and attachment devices which attach the vertical towers to the vehicle. Shoulder bolts may be used in the vertical towers, such that the horizontal mounting bars may pivot when attached to the vertical towers. Bar connectors may be used to add horizontal mounting bars to change the shape of the rack. Safety straps and safety strap holders may be used in addition to the attachment devices to secure the rack to the vehicle. A bicycle wheel mount may be used to store a front bicycle tire on the bicycle during vehicle transportation.
