Abstract: A golf club head including a striking face, a periphery portion surrounding and extending rearwards from the striking face, a damping element including a front surface and a rear surface, the rear surface of the damping element opposite the front surface of the damping element, wherein the striking face comprises a first portion having a substantially constant thickness, wherein the front surface of the damping element comprises a geometric center, wherein the striking face comprises a second portion, the second portion of the striking face located heelward of the center face plane, the second portion of the striking face having a thickness which tapers from a maximum thickness at a thick end of the second portion to a minimum thickness at a thin end of the second portion, wherein the thick end is located toeward of the thin end.

Abstract: An LTE preemption system may allow authorized users to access LTE spectrum when needed by the authorized users and allow commercial users to access the LTE spectrum when not in use by the authorized users. An authorized transmission unit may transmit noise in at least one of a primary synchronization channel, a secondary synchronization channel, or a physical broadcast channel. The noise may prevent commercial users from accessing the LTE spectrum. At least one of the primary synchronization channel, the secondary synchronization channel, or the physical broadcast channel may be offset by a known time or frequency, and authorized devices may utilize the LTE spectrum by searching for the channels at the offset locations.

A game system includes a content management system with access to game templates and a game content database, a plurality of REST application services, one or more user interfaces, an active game-play database, and a social reporting engine for collecting and storing user data in a user database. The game creation system includes access to external data feeds for tracking the progress and outcome of real-world events, such as sporting events. Games may be built using an editorial workflow interface for approving or rejecting game templates and game content. A crowd wisdom module analyzes game play and identifies the best answers over time, and a crowd guru module identifies players who perform well over time.

Abstract: A method for improving call center performance. The method includes the steps of, for each call, collecting data comprising: date, supervisor, associate, and a categorization as to single, last, or transfer; summarizing said data on a periodic basis by supervisor, associate, and percentage of single, last, transfer, and stream, wherein percentage of stream is the residual after subtracting said percentage of single, last, and transfer categories; and presenting said summarized data to supervisors to provide feedback on the effectiveness of said supervisor's call coaching of associates. A system for enhancing call center performance is also provided.

A cover having a top and integral sidewall extends downwardly to define a cover cavity, the periphery of the sidewall defining a rim. A handle is coupled to the sidewall remote from the cover cavity, and a hole is disposed through the top wall. A coupling component is for coupling the cover to the container. A draining plate having a plurality of draining holes therethrough is adapted to rest on the rim of the container between the cover cavity and container cavity when the container is coupled to the cover. A pressing component is disposed through the hole of the container and located within the cover cavity and is used to press a cooked hamburger against the surface of the draining plate.
