In an example, the method and system comprise, training a context analyzer machine learning model with training motion data for a training activity context, the context analyzer for predicting a predicted activity context from new motion data; training a response analyzer machine learning model with training usage data and training user responses for the training activity context for a user interface, the response analyzer for predicting the predicted user response from the predicted activity context and new usage data; predicting the predicted user response from motion data and usage data using both the context analyzer and the response analyzer; and determining a preferred variation for the user interface using a predetermined performance metric and the predicted user response.

Abstract: An interactive gaming system offer training and education to users in the distribution center, such as employees and field workers, about optimal distribution operations. The system includes a pre-marked surface that resembles a game board. The pre-marked surface can represent a workflow in a distribution center, warehouse, or other type of storage facility. The pre-marked surface can also include a plurality of zones that represent sub-processes or sub-workflows in the distribution center that make up the entire workflow. The system can also include instruction instruments, such as cards, that, when selected by users at the pre-marked surface, provide instructions and/or prompts indicating actions that the users can take to demonstrate distribution operations in the distribution center.

Abstract: A recreational vehicle with convertible storage-speaker enclosures. Polymer body structures have speaker receiving receptacles with an enclosure portion having a cavity and a mounting interface that may receive a storage compartment cover, or a speaker unit. The storage compartment cover allowing access to the cavity and use as a storage compartment. The speaker units including a speaker baffle assembly with a periphery conformingly sized to seat and seal on a shoulder of the enclosure portion at the mounting interface such that an enclosed and sealed speaker is formed utilizing the enclosure portion. The volume of the enclosure portion and the speaker matched for optimal performance. A storage cover may be removed and the speaker unit inserted into the conformingly shaped storage enclosure with the speaker proximate the opening and pointed into the passenger area.

Abstract: The present method and system provides for recognizing user intent and updating a graphical user interface. In an example, the method and system comprise collecting usage data from users, grouping users based on usage data, assigning a user intent to each group of users, training an intent prediction model using machine learning, providing access to the intent prediction model, assigning an intent to a new user using the intent prediction model, and, modifying the graphical user interface to facilitate the assigned intent of the user.

Abstract: Systems and methods are provided to manage zooming in an electronic device. An example embodiment method includes receiving an input to increase or decrease a zoom level in an application. If it is determined the application includes a local zoom functionality, then it is further determined if a global zoom functionality is turned on. If so, the global zoom is turned off and then the local zoom is used to increase or decrease the zoom level. In another example embodiment, a method includes receiving an input to activate global zoom. If it is determined the global zoom is turned on, then the global zoom is activated.

A portable device may be capable of storing In Case of Emergency (ICE) information comprising a number of ICE entries and which may be placed in a locked condition, the portable device comprising: a man-machine interface; a display; and, a processor coupled to the display and to the man-machine interface, wherein the processor is adapted to cause the display, in response to detection of one or more predetermined gestures on the man-machine interface, to display at least one ICE entry; and wherein the display displays the at least one ICE entry even if the portable device is in the locked condition, and if the at least one ICE entry is displayed while the portable device is in the locked condition, other information stored on the portable device remains protected.
