Abstract: Broadly speaking, the present disclosure relates to devices and methods for use with motorized vehicles. Motorized vehicles often have air intake openings in communication with at least one air filter. Air intake openings may have intake profiles of a selected shape. One aspect of the present disclosure relates to a device that comprises at least a first plug, but preferably first and second plugs each having an associated plug profile which is congruent with, and enlarged relative to, it associated intake profile. One or more plugs may comprise a body formed from a resilient material such that it is formable into a compressed state for insertion into an air intake opening and operative to return towards an uncompressed state to seal the intake opening against intrusion of contaminants.
