  • Publication number: 20170109363
Abstract: An example method involves accessing web-traffic data associated with a web page hosted by a first computing-device, wherein the web page comprises meta-tag data; using the accessed web traffic data to determine that the first computing-device received a threshold amount of requests that are (i) for the web page and (ii) associated with a search term; responsive to the determining, modifying the meta-tag data based on the search term; and transmitting the modified meta-tag data to a second computing-device, wherein the second computing-device is configured for (i) receiving the modified meta-tag data, (ii) receiving a request for a list of search results based on a set of search terms, (iii) responsive to receiving the request, using the set of search terms and the modified meta-tag data to perform a web search, thereby generating a list of search results, and (iv) transmitting the list of search results to a third computing-device.

  • Patent number: 8719307
Abstract: An apparatus and a method for forming a concurrent linked hash map is described. Doubly linked nodes of a linked list are formed in a data container of a networked memory. A hash table is generated from the doubly linked nodes. A parent node is located in the hash table to update a reference of a node in the data container. The parent node is processed in a forward direction of the linked list.

  • Patent number: 8133206
Abstract: A safety intravenous catheter assembly includes a needle, a catheter hub having an axial bore extending through the catheter hub and a notch extending outwardly in the axial bore, a needle cover, and a notch clip connected to the needle cover. The notch clip is selectively maintained adjacent the needle throughout a range of positions from being in forceful contact with the needle to being generally spaced from the needle and selectively maintained adjacent the catheter hub throughout a range of positions from being in forceful contact with the catheter hub to being generally spaced from the catheter hub to lock the catheter hub to the needle cover while being operable to move the needle relative to the notch clip in a near frictionless relationship.

  • Publication number: 20010014786
Abstract: A safety intravenous catheter assembly and method for use with a needle in one embodiment includes a catheter hub and a needle cover attachable to and releasably lockable with the catheter hub when the needle extends through the needle cover. A stop assembly is attached to the needle and to the needle cover for maintaining a tip of the needle within the needle cover. The stop assembly includes a first irrereversible locking position whereby the catheter hub cannot disengage from the needle cover, and a second locking position whereby the catheter hub can disengage from the needle cover.
