    Abstract: A computer system for use in connection with employee benefits furnished via an insurance provider has a processor and a memory in communication with the processor. The processor is adapted to receive input data indicative of a customer identification, a term, one or more types of coverage, a premium amount for the customer for the term and the one or more types of coverage, and one or more conditions relating to premium amount; store the received input data in memory; based on the received input data, generate a bill to the customer, the bill including customer name and address, the premium amount, the term, and the one or more types of coverage; receive a signal having data indicative of a change related to coverage; determine whether the change triggers a change in premium; and if the data is indicative of a change in premium, provide an output signal indicative of a premium change.
