When the user touches the metal slice, the backlight or the display in the hand-held apparatus turns on right away, or the hand-held apparatus unlocks the keyboard, and when the user leaves the metal slice (or touches the metal slice again), the backlight or the display in the hand-held apparatus turns off right away, or the hand-held apparatus locks the keyboard. Thus, the present invention has improved facility for the user.
