Publication number: 20240070093Abstract: Apparatuses and techniques for implementing an asymmetric read-write sequence for interconnected dies are described. The asymmetric read-write sequence refers to an asymmetric die-access sequence for read versus write operations. The “asymmetric” term refers to a difference in an order in which data is written to or read from interface and linked dies of the interconnected die architecture. The orders for the read and write operations can be chosen such that a delay associated with transferring data between the interconnected dies occurs as data passes between the interface die and a memory controller. With asymmetric read-write burst sequences, overall timing of the read and write operations of a memory device may be impacted less, if at all, by a timing delay associated with the interconnected die architecture.Type: ApplicationFiled: August 30, 2022Publication date: February 29, 2024Applicant: Micron Technology, Inc.Inventors: Hyun Yoo Lee, Kang-Yong Kim, Jason McBride Brown, Venkatraghavan Bringivijayaraghavan, Vijayakrishna J. Patent number: 10052181Abstract: The present invention provides a process for use in improving the appearance of a patient's teeth having plurality of defects. More particularly, the process involves obtaining a cast having a plurality of teeth portions corresponding to the patient's teeth. The cast include a plurality of defects corresponding to the defects of the patient's teeth. A first material is applied to the tooth portions of the cast to correct the defects in the cast and to form a modified version of the cast without removing any of the cast material from any of the tooth portions of the cast. A mold is made using the modified version of the cast. The mold is used in applying a second material to the patient's teeth for creating a temporary modified look directly on the patient's teeth for viewing by the patient.Type: GrantFiled: October 31, 2011Date of Patent: August 21, 2018Inventor: Jason J. Kim

Patent number: 8672677Abstract: A dental tray for use in taking an impression of a person's teeth is provided. More particularly, the dental tray includes a first section having a longitudinal axis and a second section sized and shaped so as to be mounted at least partially within the first section. The first and second sections are sized and shaped so as to define a trough therebetween for receiving an impression-taking material. The second section is adapted to move relative to the first section in a first direction substantially parallel to the longitudinal axis of the first section. The second section has at least one member movable in a second direction substantially perpendicular to the first direction in response to the movement of the second section in the first direction.Type: GrantFiled: March 7, 2013Date of Patent: March 18, 2014Inventor: Jason J. Patent number: 4528474Abstract: Disclosed is a method and apparatus for producing a high electron beam current having a low energy spread at a high brightness of the beam and a uniform intensity distribution. The electron beam is extracted from an emission current which consists of used emission current and unused emission current. The used emission current has a uniform intensity distribution. The apparatus produces a negligibly small unused emission current by using both a frustum shaped cathode and a multi-electrode. The cathode comprises a thermoelectron emissive material having a low work function and one or more thin layers which cover the side surface of the cathode. A material of the outermost thin layer has a high work function. The multi-electrode consists of the cathode, a first grid electrode, a second grid electrode and an anode electrode. The used emission current is generated from the top surface of the cathode. The unused emission current that is generated from the side surface of the cathode is negligibly small.Type: GrantFiled: February 8, 1984Date of Patent: July 9, 1985Inventor: Jason J. Kim
