  • Patent number: 12226404
Abstract: The present invention includes compositions and methods for making and using a rapid dissolving, high potency, substantially amorphous nanostructured aggregate for pulmonary delivery of tacrolimus and a stabilizer matrix comprising, optionally, a polymeric or non-polymeric surfactant, a polymeric or non-polymeric saccharide or both, wherein the aggregate comprises a surface area greater than 5 m2/g as measured by BET analysis and exhibiting supersaturation for at least 0.5 hours when 11-15-times the aqueous crystalline solubility of tacrolimus is added to simulated lung fluid.

  • Patent number: 12227083
Abstract: A circuit breaker for an electric load includes first and second terminals; a number of first separable contacts each electrically connected between one of the first terminals and one of the second terminals; a first mechanism to open, close or trip open the first contacts; a number of second separable contacts each electrically connected in series with a corresponding one of the first contacts; a second mechanism to open or close the second contacts; a processor to cause the second mechanism to open or close the second contacts, annunciate through one of the second terminals a power circuit electrical parameter for the electric load, receive from a number of the second terminals a confirmation from or on behalf of the electric load to cause the second mechanism to close the second contacts, and determine a fault state operatively associated with current flowing through the second contacts.

  • Patent number: 12222256
Abstract: A calibration monitoring system is provided to automatically monitor the calibration status of tools and other inventory items, such as upon the items being issued from or returned to the automated calibration monitoring system. The system identifies an inventory item, for example a calibrated torque wrench or other calibrated tool identified based on a unique identifying tag attached thereto. The system retrieves a calibration parameter value for the item from a calibration database, and completes a calibration measurement of the item based on the calibration parameter value. In the example, a torque measurement of the calibrated torque wrench can thus be automatically completed. In turn, the system determines a current calibration status of the item based on the calibration measurement, and selectively enables or disables issuance of the inventory item from the system according to the item's status as being in calibration or out of calibration.

  • Publication number: 20120324567
Abstract: Methods of remotely discovering information of hosts connected to a local area network (LAN) are provided. Electronic communications sent from a gateway behind which the LAN is configured are received by a remote server connected to a wide area network (WAN). The electronic communications include information of a list of hosts connected to the LAN, a log of LAN events, or diagnostic data concerning the LAN. Apparatus for remotely discovering information of hosts or devices connected to a LAN behind a gateway are also disclosed.

  • Patent number: 7653244
Abstract: A process for intelligent importation of information from a foreign application user interface includes extraction of raster data from a pre-designated region of a screen displayed in the foreign application, segmentation of the raster data into prospective sets of character raster data; application of the character raster data and a feature data set and a vector data set derived from the character raster data as inputs to respective raster, feature, and vector artificial neural networks to generate candidate characters; using a voting process to identify a character represented by the character raster data from the candidate characters; assembly of the remaining characters as recognized by the neural networks into a key; and association of the key with an external data file which may be stored and thereafter retrieved in association with the screen displayed in the foreign application.
