    Abstract: The device includes a first retention member defining a first retention member top surface opposite, a first retention member bottom surface. The first retention member is selectively moveable between an open position of the first retention member and a laptop restraint position of the first retention member, wherein the first retention member extends against at least a portion of the top surface of the keyboard portion to substantially restrict movement of the laptop when the first retention member is in the laptop restraint position. The second retention member including is selectively moveable between an open position of the second retention member and a laptop restraint position of the second retention member, wherein the second retention member extends against at least a portion of the back surface of the monitor portion to substantially restrict movement of the laptop when the second retention member is in the laptop restraint position.
